Yeah.. I have seen this happening too many times now the past days. Solution?
I was thinking about if somebody could add some post shiet so you must have %s posts to create a thread there, but that's just an idea. Anyone got any better idea?

Or add prefixes in the topic name so it can only be posted with [RLS] (blabla)

Hmmm either a new section with Questions or....
you can't post in a thread untill you have read the rules and finished a small quiz about them ( for each section ) this way people should learn the rules for each section and know where to post.

    Wat.
Yeah.. but it's retarded to have a '[RLS]' title in a release section, since it is, atleast to me, obvious that it is a release. Atleast it is supposed to be, unless it's a sticky like rules or so.

I think Furiax means you can only post something in the release section if you include something in a attachment?

The sections on this forum are fine, people are just lazy and in a rush for an answer that they dont look around first.

Only English is allowed at CCPLZ, so people should learn that language first before even joining the forum.

they don't have to LEARN english, they just need to LEARN to use a translator :p
    also getting a bit offtopic.

Lawl, no need to be sorry. The reply was not supposed to be mean or anything. ^^

Translators are okay, but sometimes the translation might be that bad that you can't understand a word what he's sayin'.
Anyways, English is an easy-to-learn language, when compared to others.

    Ontopic:
I like furiaxx's idea. That would work.
